A fun idea finds its way to the market. My friends and I use Kiwi brand knives to practice things like sharpening, thinning and food release. This particular knife is a food release blade by Mog.
The apex was mastered by my wife Tanya. If you've never experieneced sub 60 bess, this is your chance.

This is not a knife for the novice bladesmam. At 57 HRC it will require bi weekly edge maintenance. I recommend a few minutes on a ceramic rod.
