A fun idea finds its way to the market. My friends and I use Kiwi brand knives to practice t h ings like sharpening, thinning and food release. This particular knife is a food release blade by Mog. I personally worked the apex since that wasnt Mog's aera of expertise.

This it not a knife for the novice bladesmam. At 57 HRC it will require bi weekly edge maintenance. I recommend a few minutes on a ceramic rod. .
