Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and like-new condition.

  • Abrasives/Supplies: Bottles must be in original condition and show no signs of contamination or significant use.

  • Hardware/Tools: Must be in original, like-new condition with all included components.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, leaking, or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at getsharpusa@gmail.com. Provide a photo of the damage so we can bypass the standard return process and fast-track a replacement.

Refund Timeline Once your return is received, our team will inspect the items within 2 business days. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
