Shipping Policy

Effective Date: April 18, 2026

We know professional sharpeners need their gear fast.

Handling Time: All in-stock orders (Diamond Suspensions, Belts, and Guides) are processed and fulfilled within 1 business day.
Order Cut-off: 2:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Sharpening Services: Lead times vary based on bench volume. You will receive a specific "Return Ship Date" once your blades are logged into our Mukilteo facility.

To keep things transparent, we use a simple tiered shipping structure:

Orders $99.00 and Over: FREE Standard Shipping.
Orders Under $99.00: A flat rate of $17.00 or calculated carrier rates.
Carrier Options: We utilize USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. You will see the exact shipping total at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Standard Transit: Typically 3–5 business days once fulfilled.
Restricted Items (Get Clean): Per DOT regulations, "Get Clean" contains alcohol and is classified as a flammable liquid. It must ship via Ground transport only. If your order contains "Get Clean," your entire package will ship via Ground and may take 3–7 business days to arrive.
Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number sent via email the moment your label is generated.

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Duties & Taxes: Get Sharp is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Restrictions: "Get Clean" (flammable liquids) cannot be shipped internationally.

Damages: Inspect your package immediately. If a product has leaked or a guide is damaged, email getsharpusa@gmail.com with a photo within 48 hours for a fast-tracked replacement.
