Tormek T-8 Drip Tray (that actually works) | by RYNO Engeneering

I remember the first time I saw a Tormek T-8 drip tray. I wanted it badly, but the price just didn't make sense. Eventually I found a 3D-printed version on Etsy for about $50. It worked about half the time. I wanted a drip tray so badly that I ignored the problem and let my silicone mat catch what didn't make it back to the trough. Eventually I left the tray outside, not realizing it wasn't UV-resistant and it warped and was ruined for good.

That sent me on a mission to find a better drip tray. Eventually I met RL Designs, a design engineer. I told him that if we worked together, I could help sell what he designed, and I selfishly picked our first project: the Tormek drip tray.

Designing a product with someone on the other side of the country isn't easy, and I want to personally thank Ryan for not firing me as a friend and sticking with it. I won't say how many revisions we went through, but I asked a lot of him and I'm grateful for the finished product we ended up with.
