Hello Cory, --- Kangaroo strop report:
First time I used it: Got a customers knife. A Globul 8 " chef knife. It got a BESS score of 1720. Started grinding at 13 degrees. Used a 180 grit cbn then a 400 grit then 800. Then I free handed it on the leather tormek wheel. Got a BESS of 125. Then I stropped it on the kangagoo. Got a Bess score of 85!!! That's the first time I ever got below 100 BESS. Thanks for all your advise and videos and discord!
