Our 2-in-1 Pivot Collar is reversible. Use one side as a single-point pivot for curved blades, then flip it over for a traditional flat collar on straight edges. No swapping parts and no second collar to buy.

Why a pivot collar?
A standard collar rides on a wide face, so the pivot point moves as you roll the blade through the belly. That causes uneven bevels and rounded-off tips. A pivot collar moves the pivot to a single fixed point. You get more control, and the jig can follow the shape of almost any blade.

Why dual function?
Pivot collars are a set-it-and-forget-it setup, which isn’t ideal when you want to adjust your collar position mid-sharpening. With ours, you don’t have to choose. Flip to the flat side whenever a traditional collar suits the job better.
